How to Submit a Repair Request
Please email the following information to onarim@boga.com.tr:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your contact telephone number
- Your return shipping address
- Your invoice for the 12-month warranty
- The product number or a photograph of the product
- A detailed description of the repair
- Whether the product has previously been resized or altered (Y/N); if yes, please provide details
After we receive your request, we will email you a service order number for tracking and a packing slip to include with your jewelry. Print the packing slip provided and include it with your repair shipment. If your product was purchased within the last 12 months, also include a copy of your invoice and the jewelry requiring service. Pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. Do not include any packaging that may have sentimental value, as we do not return products in their original packaging. We recommend insuring your package and using a tracked shipping service.

Before beginning any work, we will email you a detailed description of the required repairs and the applicable service charges. You may choose to proceed with the repair or have the jewelry returned to you at your expense.
Cleaning and Polishing
All repairs include complimentary professional cleaning and polishing.
Timing and Tracking
Processing generally takes 2–4 weeks from the date we receive your jewelry. Once the repair is complete, your jewelry will be returned to you with a tracking number.

Boga and Kayra Khan jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered
Repairs for mechanism defects, including clasps, hinges, and rings; broken earring posts or clips; chain damage; and missing or loose stones, including pavé stones.
What Is Not Covered
Lost or stolen jewelry; accidental damage or damage caused by careless or improper use; natural tarnishing that occurs over time; and damage to pieces purchased from unauthorized retailers.
If your item is not covered by the warranty, we will provide a clear, detailed quotation before proceeding with the recommended repairs. You may choose to proceed with the repair or have the jewelry returned to you at your expense.
