The following terms apply only to orders placed through www.boga.com.tr.
- Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- There is no right of withdrawal for made-to-measure or personalized products.
- You must contact us before requesting a return or exchange.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal
You may return products purchased through www.boga.com.tr that are not custom-made within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund of the amount paid.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your return request within this period. You may use the Contact Form on our website to submit the notice.
You must obtain our approval before returning a product. Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and the return process will not begin.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products made to a wrist measurement or another custom measurement
- Products personalized with a name, date, letter, or similar detail
- Products made in a color, size, or with features requested by the customer that differ from the standard product
- Products whose size, model, or similar features are changed at the customer's request after delivery
Return Process
The product being returned must be:
- unused
- complete
- in the condition in which you received it
- accompanied by all accessories, if any, and its invoice
The product must be sent to the address we provide.
For invoices issued to a company, the product must be returned with a return invoice issued by that company so that the return can be completed.
Refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once your return request reaches us and the required checks are complete, we will send you an email notification. Depending on your bank, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Credit card payments are refunded to the credit card, while bank transfer or EFT payments are refunded to the bank account you provide.
Exchanges
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive and process your return. We will send you an email notification when processing is complete. Our team will process your exchange order and contact you if it has any questions. Products that meet the exchange conditions may be exchanged for another product of your choice from www.boga.com.tr.
For exchanges, the current selling price of the newly selected product applies. If there is a price difference, the difference will be charged or refunded.
For returns and exchanges sent to our company, the sender is responsible for the shipping cost.
